Do I need to set up a company in Colombia to work with Orkest?
No. Through our EOR (Employer of Record) model, you can hire talent in Colombia without a local legal entity. We assume full legal and labor responsibility.
How long does it take to get started?
Full setup takes between 30 and 60 days depending on the size and complexity of your operation. In simpler cases, teams can be operational in under 45 days.
Can I hire just one service, or do I need the full package?
You can start with the service you need most today. Our model is modular, add services as you grow without changing providers.
What if I need to scale quickly?
Our model is built to scale with you. You have a dedicated KAM who coordinates all workstreams and can activate new resources in real time.
Do you work with companies outside Colombia?
Yes. Most of our clients are international companies primarily from the United States, that want to operate in Colombia without establishing a local entity.
How does pricing work?
Published prices are base reference rates. The final cost depends on the size of your operation and the services you need.
